Bobby Pouya is a civil litigator and trial lawyer focusing on Complex Litigation, Class Actions, Employment law, Business Litigation, Product Liability, Unfair Competition Law and Consumer Protection. While he attended Pepperdine University, Mr. Pouya received his certificate in dispute resolution from the prestigious Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and was an active member of the interschool trial advocacy team; interschool mediation advocacy team; Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law journal, and Pepperdine Moot Court Board.
