Eallonardo v. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc., Los Angeles County Superior Court, Case No. BC286950. PSW&P attorneys served as class counsel on behalf a nationwide class of consumers who purchased DVDs manufactured by defendants. Plaintiffs alleged that defendants engaged in false and misleading advertising relating to the sale of its DVDs. This case resulted in a nationwide class settlement.
