Homestore.com Securities Litigation

On March 4, 2002 PSW&P attorneys, filed a securities class action complaint against Homestore.com alleging irregularities with its accounting practices. On November 15, 2002, a 251 page amended complaint which added several defendants including PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. The amended complaint alleges that defendants entered into sham transactions which artificially increased Homestore's revenues.
